SUPPLEMENT Q&A - POWER-N-SPEED
POWER-N-SPEED
TO BECOME A
BAD ASS!
Q:This is embarrassing, but I completely got my ass kicked in a bar fight a few weeks ago so I started taking boxing lessons to work on my punch. Although I can bench 360, I don’t seem to have that much “punching power”. Any suggestions on training and supps?
A:Don’t feel bad, you aren’t a real man unless you’ve had your ass kicked once… but less of one if you’ve had it kicked twice, so listen up and I’ll help you! The first thing you must remember is that only training for bodybuilding will slow you down because you simply train slower, with high levels of concentration.
And although you are strong, this “strength”, unless it’s executed with speed, will not have that much impact on someone’s skull! Also you must understand that there is a correct biomechanical process involved in throwing a punch that differs greatly from benching and there is little tie-in! I’ve known a boxer who struggles with 185 in the bench who would “put the lights out” of all but a few of the toughest guys in the XIFL…so get a good boxing coach who will teach you the proper mechanics of a punch. Also, one of boxing and kickboxing’s best coaches, Eddie DeLuca, from Albuquerque, New Mexico gives all his fighters a product called Power-N-Speed™, which is bounded nitrogen!
According to DeLuca, Power-N-Speed™, activates neurotransmitters in the brain that increase reaction time and “limb speed”. So try incorporating it into you Boxing Training Protocol and I guarantee you you’ll start knocking fools out… if you need to! Remember, only “fire your fists” when you absolutely have to.
